YehuLabs – End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Short, Store-Compatible Version

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and YehuLabs (“Owner”) regarding your use of the mobile application (“Software”).
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE

The Software is licensed, not sold.
YehuLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly permitted by YehuLabs, you may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify the Software

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code

  • Create derivative works based on the Software

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or commercialize the Software

  • Remove or obscure any trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary notices

Any unauthorized use violates this EULA and terminates your license.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including code, design, content, trademarks, and data, remain the exclusive property of YehuLabs.
You acquire no ownership interest in the Software.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

The Software may include:

  • Free Version

  • Free Trial

  • Monthly or Annual Subscriptions (“Premium”)

  • One-Time Purchases

All purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by their respective payment and refund policies.
Unless required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal period.
No refunds are issued for unused or partial subscription periods.

One-Time Purchases grant access for as long as the Software remains available and supported.

5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

YehuLabs may release updates that modify, add, or remove features.
By using the Software, you agree to accept such updates.
YehuLabs may modify or discontinue parts of the Software, including features tied to subscriptions or one-time purchases, when required for technical, legal, or business reasons.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties, express or implied.
YehuLabs does not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted performance, or suitability for a specific purpose.
You assume all risks associated with the use of the Software.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YehuLabs shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

  • Device or system malfunction

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability related to paid features is limited to:

  • The amount paid for the last subscription period, or

  • For One-Time Purchases, the amount you paid for the purchase

These limitations apply whether the claim arises from contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory.

8. PRIVACY

Your use of the Software is subject to the YehuLabs Privacy Policy, available within the application or on our website.
You should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Software.

9. WELLNESS / MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (if applicable)

If the Software includes mood tracking, habit tracking, or wellness-related features:
The Software is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Reliance on information provided by the Software is at your own risk.

10. TERMINATION

This EULA remains in effect until terminated.
YehuLabs may terminate this license if you violate any terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software from all devices.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

YehuLabs reserves the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time.
Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
